The Nyíregyháza Zoo has finished its tree planting program in which the park’s staff planted 10.000 tree and bush saplings in the 35 hectares forest.
From the native tree species mostly elm, maple, ash, white mulberry, and from the shrubs hawthorn, hazel, briar, elder, sloe, cornelian cherry those that will make our oak forest greener.
