Tusk examination was executed on one of our African elephants called Buba. The female animal, who has lived in our zoo for 5 months, previously need have had braces because her tusks has grown irregularly.
Plastic operation (that does not painful but can irritate her gum) would be needed in order to treat this disorder. Our vet team sedated and examined the 30-year-old animal in order to explore the possibilities.
