A versatile conference venue with professional solutions
Our hotel’s conference room is a versatile space that can be easily adapted to the nature of the event and the number of participants thanks to its mobile walls. The room can be divided into separate sections, making it suitable for both smaller meetings and larger events. With a floor area of 60 square meters, it can accommodate 80 people in a row seating arrangement, and by opening up the restaurant area, we can provide seating for an additional 40 guests.
The event hall is located on the ground floor, right next to the restaurant, allowing for quick and convenient access. The spacious area in front of the hall is ideal for coffee breaks, and the full menu of the T-Rex bar is available upon request. Adjacent to the conference hall is the Pangea Relaxation Garden, which offers a pleasant respite during breaks with its natural atmosphere.
The conference room’s technical infrastructure is tailored to the needs of modern events.The main venue is equipped with a high-performance LED projector mounted on the ceiling, along with a motorized projection screen.Mobile projectors and screens are available in the smaller rooms.The sound system is complemented by ceiling-mounted speakers, wireless headset microphones, and UHF handheld microphones.An LG Ultra HD LED monitor is mounted on the main wall, providing high-quality display.The systems are controlled via Apple iPad controllers, making the technology simple and quick to use.

The meeting room in the lobby can accommodate between 10 and 15 people, arranged in a theater-style or conference-table layout. Its glass doors overlook the T-Rex Bar, the Hall, and the Tree of Life, providing a bright and open environment.
The private room can accommodate 15 to 20 people. Its windows overlook the Relaxation Garden, and the room can be completely darkened upon request. Both rooms are equipped with individual climate control, ensuring a comfortable environment in every season.The private meeting room is equipped with a 65-inch LG mobile LED monitor; a projector, flipchart, and pointer can also be provided upon request. The spacious area in front of the entrance is also suitable for coffee breaks or small receptions.
